A mysterious virus outbreaks and begins something no one ever was ready to face. From rich cities to small towns in South Korea were destroyed and plagued by Zombies, otherwise known as Walkers.
Park Jimin never thought he would be in the center of an apocalypse, witnessing the worst reality. A year passed, and he fought to survive, hiding from not only the walkers but also a vicious group called Dolda, who was after the girl he had as a friend since the start of the apocalypse. He hasn't met any survivors whom he could call good people, as the people they ever met either tried to kill him and his friend or stole from them. He thought the word humanity didn't exist anymore, but his thought was proved wrong when he encountered his ex-best friend, Kim Ara, whom he despised.
Kim Ara was strong enough to face anything that came to her and brave enough to survive the apocalypse with her group. However, a secret was buried deep inside her, and she didn't want anyone to find out about it, especially Jimin, whom she had met after a long time.
SNEAK PEEK:
Astonished, Ara looked at Jimin, who was already pointing a shotgun at her, and rolled her eyes in annoyance.
"If you want to kill me that badly, why don't you shoot me?"
She stepped toward him, gazing at the guns on the shelves. She took a Rifle in her hand, adjusted it, and pointed back at Jimin, who seemed unfazed by her action. She smirked as she closed one eye and looked through the rear sight.
Pin-drop silence filled the air as you both stood there, aiming at each other, eyes focused on each other. Ara could see how Jimin's muscles flexed and contracted, and his sharp jaw clenched tightly while his teeth pressed against his lower lip. Her irises trailed on his arms, her mouth curving into an 'o' shape, seeing nerves popping out of his skin.
She couldn't help but find him sexy and felt her stomach flip-flop due to it while blood rushed to her cheeks, almost forgetting that she was at gunpoint.
"Shut up! Shut. Up!" He threw his fist on the door after shouting each word while I stood there with my eyes closed, holding my chest as my heart was hammering and my throat was dry. I was feeling like throwing up while my stomach churned up almost instantly.
"I didn't kill Mr. Lee! I didn't kill your father. Damn it!" He shouted at the top of his lungs as I opened my glistened eyes which met his ruddy ones while a lone tear escaped my left eye.
I could feel the hot water gushing down my cheek to my jaw as my blurry vision got clear while I blinked. I watched him tracing my tear down my jaw with his cocoa orbs and then looking back in my orbs while his once glower eyes turned bathetic just in a jiff.
Wiping off the moisture from my cheeks, I looked back into his eyes, "My father is not with me because of you. You were the reason for his death." I poked his chest with my index finger while I could feel claustrophobic around him.
His aura was making it difficult for me to breathe in this dingy room. "You. Are. A. Murderer." I said with my heavy breathing while he glided near me, making my already uneven breath hitch as the back of my head hit the door, "You will regret saying this one day."
I breathed out against his visage while he propped his other hand beside my head, caging me, "F*cking tell me why did you call me here?" I said, gazing back into his dark and magnificent orbs. His breath brushed my visage while I could smell his lavender cologne, prior he retreated away from me as I took in a long breath.
Turning around again, facing his back at me, I heard him say, "Marry me."
