Chaos, a form of energy that stemmed from the culmination of the negative emotions of the living. From this energy, humans gained numerous supernatural abilities, some at the price of their humanity. Those that lost their humanity became monsters that wreak havoc on society. And some of those that still have their souls intact chose to use their powers for their own ends. And with all the ensuing destruction, The Chaos Regulation Authority was started.
