East of the Hinterlands

Ezekiel is heir to the Serevrin Dragon Dynasty and though his loyalty remains, he can't help but feel conflicted about the direction in which their society is headed and feel pain about the people they're targeting, one of them being the underling Alora Oranav. Meanwhile, a rebellious group is stirring, and on its margins, Alora discovers a secret about her heritage that might lead the empire to anarchy.

A new Pangaea is awakening out of the ruins of the old world. In the capital of Xynephols, the citizens have been counting the years since the Apocalypse occurred, but some things from history are simply set never to return. A movement is brewing in the Hollows, threatening to overturn order and usher in new rule.
