All their spare time spent scouring the land for traces of what they'd lost, and every time they did, it seemed to lead right back to the dragon riders. It had to have been the second time Hiccup had seen them and their strange dragon snatching up vikings from right under them, digging the people out from places no one had seen prior. This time, though, the person was right under their noses; literally! The mysterious dragon rider had bashed open the floorboards of their club house and pulled a man out of it like a weird magicians' trick. He couldn't help but try to unravel the mystery of a stranger, pulling frayed lines from cloth that he really shouldn't be.
