When Leanne gets sick and tired and finally needs to get away from her "friends" and family, she ends up running away from home. She ends up living with a nice lady she met on the bus and her son that plays drums in a small punk band. When Leanne is offered a part in the band, Just Left of Purgatory, she instantly takes the offer and the band takes off. However, once the band starts getting big, some of Leanne's old demons come back to haunt her, and she doesn't know how she's going to handle it this time.
************This was just an old, original story that my friend Morgan and I tried to write in 8th grade that we rushed into without a real plot, so it really isn't our best work. It's really somewhat of a comedy and I encourage you to read, but at your own risk.

Jay is a bit of a misfit. In fact, if it was the 1950s, you may even call her a 'greaser' with her signature leather jacket and '78 Trans Am. She spends her days working as a drum and guitar teacher at the local music store, and her free time playing guitar in her garage band, Novus Orsa.
