Aerion and Laena have been friends ever since Laena was born, and have liked each other since they met. His father proposes Aerion and Laena should marry. Laena's parents agreed instantly, happy that their daughter will be queen. But someone tries to break that up, Rhaenyra because she has been in love with her brother since she could know what love was. "Hello, Laena. How are you today?" Aerion asks walking up to the girl. "I'm doing well. How about you, Aerion?" Laena asks. "I'm perfectly fine. Just missing my mother is all." Aerion said. Laena hugs him offering him comfort. He hugs back as a thanks.
