I wake to a sharp cold sting through me but just relies it's probably my sisters idea of a joke she knows I believe in them. By them I mean ghost demons and zombies. I fell the cold hit me again and I slightly open my eyes but no one is there how weird.
" Sahara I know your doing this and I would appreciate it if you stopped I'm trying to get to sleep" I say wearily
No one answers but I have the felling their still there so I just sigh and get up and turn the lights on but no ones there only my reflection in the mirror witch I am not proud of I see a pale green eyed girl staring back at me she could be thiner.

Fictional story. When you have been a slave all your life, running and looking over your shoulder is not the way anyone wants to live. But when a girl born into slavery thinks her life cannot get any worse she is suddenly thrown into a different life, one where humans are not the worst monsters out there and she has to not only learn how to survive but how to trive. Hello everyone and thank you for contemplating reading my story. Before you start I would just like to state a few things. Although I have written a few books (Okay 3 books including this one) I mainly write to relax. This is the first time that I will be sharing my writing with others and I have a huge fear of rejections so please be kind in your comments. I welcome all comments even constructive criticism but please don't be nasty about it. Also, Yes you will most definitely find spelling and Grammar mistakes, and I'm apologizing in advance as English is not my first language but I decided to write in English with the hope that my story reaches more readers than it would if I wrote it in my home language of Afrikaans. Having said that I really hope you enjoy the story line and read all the way to the end. This story is a fictional fantasy but contains sex, violence, strong language, rape, abuse, slavery, blood, vampires, warewolved and witches, and reference to slavery and sexual abuse. If you're sensitive about these type of things or you find the above mentioned topics offensive than please do not read any further. If you do enjoy this story please read the follow-up called Hunting Aurora. I have done a lot of research on specific time areas and subject matters and tried to incorporate as much factual info as possible even though all characters are fictional. All I want is to be alone. I wish that no one existed. My name is Zeina. I don't talk much. Not at all actually. Well not really. I sign or write things down in my notebook. I can speak. #2 in Horror. /02.23.16/ I hear footsteps approaching me, pacing faster and faster making me look back quickly. I see a man in a black fabric mask wearing all black clothing. I widen my eyes beginning to run in the snow making my feet heavy. "Help! Somebody help me!" I scream in a cry looking around to find nobody on sight. "Help!" I scream trying to run faster hoping somebody would hear my cries. My throat became sore from the cold quickly making it harder to breathe freely. "Help me! Somebody!" I hear the tall figure run behind me feeling a grip on my hair. My white ski hat fell into the ground covered in snow. The man groans pulling my hair towards him making me collapse. "No, stop!" I scream struggling from his grasp, punching and kicking aimlessly. "Shhh." The man whispers into my ear grabbing onto my wrists starting to cuff them. "No!" I scream twisting and turning trying to bite the man's arm. The man doesn't say much. The only thing I hear is his heavy breathing. He starts to shackle my ankles together as I lay a full blown kick into his face making him groan in pain holding onto his nose on top of the mask. "Help me, somebody!" I keep yelling as he kicks me in the stomach and takes out a clothed bag from his coat pocket putting it on my head covering my face. He ties it up from the back tightly making my neck feel pressured. "Please." I whimper. "You don't have to do this." I cry admitting defeat. "Night, night." Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. 'Idiot.' 'Douche bag.' 'Dumbass.' 'Jer---' 'WILL YOU STOP HOVERING!' His grating voice snapped me out of my rant. I glanced behind me, looking for the unfortunate person the idiot was yelling at. There was no one else in the room. I closed my eyes and rubbed them furiously. There was still no one else in the room. My eyes widened slightly as I looked at him, realization dawning on me. 'You can see me!' I gasped. It wasn't a question. It was statement of disbelief but that didn't stop the idiot from replying. 'No, I'm talking to the other stalker ghost behind you.' He muttered sarcastically. 'You can see me!' I screamed in amazement, too distracted to realize he insulted me. 'Sweet heavens! He can see me!' 'I think we've already established that baby doll.' He rolled his eyes. His condescending tone coupled with the patronizing look that had "you are crazy" written all over it was enough to snap me out of the temporary state of euphoria. __________________ Four little words.
