A little boy loses his parents due to an accident and is sent to his supposedly last living family member - his grandma. When he arrives at her house with the social workers they quickly learn that Grandma is not exactly a being of this world. Social workers quickly meet their end leaving the boy alone with her. She tells him that she's going to take care of him if he behaves, but if he does not... well, then she will keep an eye on him.
