Birdy Anders was a bright young lady. She didn't always get perfect grades, but she never dipped below a B-. She played sports: swimming, cheerleading, and track to be specific. She somewhat knew how to act around people, and she always made sure to be aware of her surroundings. She was a junior in high school, and she had plenty of colleges offering her scholarships to go learn with them. Yes, Birdy Anders was a bright young lady with a bright future ahead of her.

But she decides that her smart mind and curiosity must be brought out for something other than her next steps in life when her brother tells her more than she could have ever imagined about when he was kidnapped for four years. All the horrors that that horrible man had done to her brother, and he still got away. 'Fled the country' was what the police and news said. He was never even found. Her brother never got justice. But she was going to fix that. That day, she made a promise to herself and the world.

"I'm going to find that bastard."
