There's this legend of an underwater palace, a magnificent jade-like building under the southern seas. 
Claiming he's seen it with his own eyes, ruthless pirate Hua Cheng stubbornly follows any scroll or hearsay about this palace, intending to find and turn it into the perfect base of operations for his fleet to sail in and out. 
But, at reaching the submerged kingdom of XianLe, he finds it has a ruler: crown prince Xie Lian, a powerful sea dragon demon with thousands of years of cultivation. 
To snatch the underwater palace, Hua Cheng must resort to any means necessary!
