It was a normal day for Y/N.. until you agree to help run a test that scientist are trying to do. They tell you that it's a new teleporting device. If it is successful, then this will change how people travel forever. You decide to be the first person to use it... However, it went horribly wrong. You pass out and wake up in a large neon city filled with strange humanoid creatures that appear to be animals... As if that wasn't bad enough.. You have to figure out where you are, and how to get back home.. but that won't be easy when people find out a new species just arrived in the city. I don't own any of the art used in the story. His Possession. Mafia Romance. Dark Romance. Enemies To Lovers. "Let me go!" I seethed through gritted teeth. I felt an uncontrollable amount of fear rake over my body. I soon began to shake. The fear that I just barely managed to suppress earlier is now clawing its way back up to the surface, rearing its ugly head once again, and hits ten times harder than before. The sensation is literally paralyzing. The feeling totally bypassing 'fight' or 'flee' and going straight to freeze. I feel like yacking up all that greasy food I had eaten during my shift at the diner. But I swallow the urge to do so and grit my teeth. Trust me, I wanted nothing more than to yack all over this pretentious douche. "Sorry kitten, not ever going to fucking happen." He said carelessly as he tightened his grip on the steering wheel. His eyes were fixed on the dark road ahead of us, the road I surely didn't want to die on. Before I could even finish forming a coherent thought, the car swerved hard to the side of the road and comes to a sudden stop, sending me flying into the dash. My forehead collides with the smooth leather of the dashboard. I hear him rustling around, but can't see much due to the black spots in my vision. You know, from literally eating the dash. I hear the sound of something popping open and then liquid being poured. "Tell me kitten," I hear him say slyly. "Does this smell like chloroform?" He chuckles as he reaches across the console to press a rag to my face. Emily Watts, twenty years old and living alone in LA, due to her parents being drunken assholes. She waited for her to return all day and when she did not come home the following morning, Bathsheba knew that something was very, very wrong. So, she set out on a search of the city in hopes of finding her owner. Bathsheba looked in every nook and cranny that a cat could reach without even a sniff or a sign of where Emilia went. Just as she is about to give up, she happens upon a place that smells so strongly of magic that it calls out to her. It is a charming little shop tucked into an unlikely spot between two skyscrapers in the middle of downtown. Traveling up the path to the front door will lead Bathsheba on an adventure that will take her through the city and introduce her to Rhiannon, a newly minted witch, who has only just learned what she can do and has no ability to control it. Deciding to join forces, the two of them hunt for Emilia together. I heave in an astronomical breathe. Dumped Death Dad Downpour That just sums up my whole day. But the only thought that's racking through my depressing brain right now as I stare up at the unexpectedly dark sky is... I should've brought an umbrella. I step out into the cold wind, splatters of raindrops hitting my cheeks. I trudge through the wet pavement, my sneakers soaking up the water. Dumped Death Dad Downpour Summarization of my fucked up day. I shiver as the cold raindrops begin pouring heavier, the water saturating through my hair and soaking my clothes. I stop immediately when I hear a helpless whimper coming from the alley beside a small bakery. I hear it again, low and sad. I step towards the sound and find two green eyes staring up at me belonging to a black cat. It's coat drenched and it's whiskers drooping low. Like it's frowning. Even in my damp mood I feel sorry for the little animal. "You don't have a home, little guy?" I ask, squatting to see it better. Did it just shake its head!? I blink a few times and sigh. I'm probably seeing things. It's been overwhelmingly negative lately. I reach a hand for the feline and it corresponds, tucking its head under it. I pet it's wet coat and stare at it as it closes its eyes. I can't leave such a pitiful thing next to the dumpsters and cold rain to be frozen alive or ravished by stray dogs. So I do what every human being would do in my situation, I take it home. And that was possibly the stupidest thing I've ever done. *** This is a story about a girl named Lucky. But of course she's everything but lucky. One day she comes across this odd feline who acts strangely like a human. Maybe he is really a human and Lucky has got her hands into a whole lot of trouble. Or maybe she found what she was missing and this feline becomes her lucky clover. Get ready for a a world full of drama and unlucky incidents.Dokončeno
