Akira's is just your average teenager except she's not. She just doesn't know it yet.

Akira is a normal teenage girl who lives with her adoptive father, a scientist who works on portals and dimensions. One day, she receives an invitation to Camp Mystic, a mysterious summer camp for young magicians. She is curious and excited, but she also has no idea that she is the daughter of the Light Lord, the most powerful and good magician in the world, and the sister of Kai, the son of the Dark Lord, the most evil and powerful magician in the world. She also has no idea that she has inherited both light and dark magic from her parents, and that she is the Chosen One, who can end the war between the Light and the Dark, and bring peace and harmony to both dimensions.

Her adoptive father tells her the truth about her family and her past, and explains to her that Camp Mystic is run by her uncle, who is also a fae prince and a powerful magician. He also tells her that her real father is waiting for her there, and that he wants to train her in magic and prepare her for the final battle against the Dark Lord. He also tells her that she will have to face her brother, who might not be completely sane.

Akira is shocked and confused by everything he tells her. She doesn't know what to think or feel. She doesn't know what to do. She has to make a decision: to go to Camp Mystic or to stay with her adoptive father. She has to choose between light and dark, between good and evil, between peace and war. She has to choose her destiny.
