Vampire!prince!Chuuya x dazai
This universe is one where chuuya is a vampire prince, him and dazai met at age 15 out of coincidence and became friends. Chuuya being a vampire royal must choose a human to become the person he fed on for blood. Some background info is that in this universe humans can be bond to vampires through a blood bond, automatically making the human's body have infinite amount of blood, but binding them to the vampire and never being able to be away from the vampire they are bond to, for to long.
Note: came up with this on a flash so my apologies if it's confusing. Also there will be a lot of narrative changes, for example first person to third person (mostly)

The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil.
