I don't get why kids believe in fairytales. Like why would Cinderella's shoes fell when it perfectly fits her in the first place? How dumb is Snow White to eat an apple from a creepy old lady in the woods? Why do most of them have to wear fancy gowns? And why do these fairytales fool kids into believing that "to live happily ever after" is real? It turns out I was a fool too. My fairytale is not about wearing gowns, nor being a princess, nor having an evil stepmother and ugly sisters. But it's all about fantasizing what things could be with someone I liked too much. I don't care if we are not living in a castle nor flying in a carpet like Jasmine and Aladdin, I just want a simple coffee date with red roses and a simple "good morning" notification the moment I wake up. How fool is it to realize that I am twice dumber than those kids who believe in magic? How fool am I to fantasize "happy ever after" when he didn't even know me in the first place?
