When Lucienne Castellan, the daughter of Mercury, was a very young girl, she had been bitten by a cursed werewolf. The demigod was supposed to die a rather painful death due to the werewolf's curse, but out of an act of kindness, or what could be said to be an act of torture, Lucienne had spared due to the blessing that was bestowed to her by the goddess Diane. She would live on, but she would live her life as a werewolf.

Her life as a Roman demigod would go on to be hard. She was ostracized due to the severity of her curse and her lycanthropy. And things only get messier for the girl as her lycanthropy strangely earns her a blessing from Venus, herself, whom seems a little too invested in Lucienne's love life. Which she didn't mind at first as her connection to the goddess brought her to her boyfriend, Jason Grace.

But, when Jason suddenly goes missing, and the girl meets the son of Neptune who has no memories and a clear bond to her, she thinks that Venus and the other gods truly have out for her.
