In her quest of gaining respect and equality, she clashes with Anirudh Roy Choudhary, a London-returned barrister of a liberal mind but conflicted conscience who is snobbish about the uneducated and uncivilized society. With a perception against each other built upon biases but an unsaid turbulent chemistry pulling them close, how will Bondita and Anirudh resolve their personal battle to fight together against the society? Can perceptions be redefined?
Set in the backdrop of 1900s British India, let us dip into the saga of courage, love and epiphany.

The story starts from the marriage day of Bondita with Chandrachur. But Bondita runs away from her marriage with the help of Anirudh to fulfill his dream to become a barrister. They were about to leave just then Thakuma caught them. She somehow goes to London and becomes a barrister. But unknown to her the enemity started between two villages. She decided to stay away from her family and the enemity and worked to find the cause of enemity and end it. However while collecting the evidences she falls in trouble. She was accused of being a spy of Krishnanagar. Her punishment was so severe that at one point she couldn't take it anymore Why was Bondita accused of being a spy? What was the punishment? Why didn't Anirudh opposed the accusations made on Bondita? Didi Bondita succeeded in making the enemity end ?Complete

It's a fictional story of 1920s. Anirudh is a 19 year's old London returned barrister. He has a dream in his eyes. He want his country (India) to provide the same rights to women which are provided for men. He has opposed many customs and people to fight against cruelty against women, lower and upper caste etc. Bondita on the other hand is a 8 year old girl . She is naughty, cute, fearless and a girl with so many arguments. To save bondita from the victim of Sati pratha Anirudh married her. Although he didn't call her his wife. But she meant everything for him now. His best friend, student, teacher and most importantly his life. Same applies on her. Now anirudh is her mentor, guardian, best friend and her world. It's been 4 years they live together and they share the purest bond together. Anirudh want bondita to be the first lady barrister of Tulsipur. In that era when women were not even allowed to get educated, he sends her to the school every day. They fought alot for this achievement together. Both are against and resist Sati pratha,inequality based on caste and gender, menstrual taboos, child marriage and so many taboos which were common those days. ANIRUDH reluctantly left Bondita in Krishnanagar and left from there with heavy heart when Thakuma agreed to make Bondita study but not ready to send her to London as she want her house daughter infront of her Even though it's painful for him he still agreed Because Bondita herself agreed with Thakuma reasonable (?) And emotional explanation to stay with them for her mother's and family reputation sake . She wanted to pursue her dreams by staying with her (Das) Family and also agreed to stay away from her sakhababu But 5 years later he is shattered to see and learn about the changed Bondita and became absolutely crazy . He blamed and blamed himself for leaving her in Krishnanagar. It was Another worst decision taken by him for her and believing others . Everyone have lied him cheated him and here Bondita is at fault. What the hell had she done ? How could she do this ? Why did she do this ? Who brainwashed her and made her like this ? Thakuma ? Sumati maa? Society? Did she forget all his teachings? Did she forget him? There are countless questions and he tried to find answers but he didn't get any answer and it made him feel possesive to be Frank obsessive for her. He then took a final and ultimate decision to make things right. He want back his old Bondita. For that he need to bring her back. Make her Bondita Das to Bondita Anirudh Roy Chowdhary again. Let people think whatever they want. Now he won't stop. It's enough. What happened to Bondita? Why was he so mad at the situations and how is he going to make things right?
