In this story, it will be about a girl who lost her brother when she was little and was taken in by a young boy named Luffy. A boy who said he would become king of the pirates. What happens when Luffy finds this girl and asks him to be a part of his soon-to-be crew and become Queen of the Pirates with him? And if she did that he would help find her brother. But the girl had a problem. That was the devil's fruit that she ate. One of the most powerful ones in the land. But it wasn't enough to keep her with her brother so she swore to never use it again. But what happens when she meets Luffy? Would she use her Devil Fruit powers? Would she still be part of Luffy's crew when she finds her brothers or would she break her promise and stay with her brother if she ever found him?
