so akaza is muzan's husband and they both sleep together and etc akaza cames muzan down when he is mad with the uppermoon and one of akaza blood art is gender swap so he can turn into a girl anytime he wants but sometimes muzan can turn him into a girl if he does something to him (I still don't know what)
