    X has woken up to the sound of confusion. He and 13 others are in an odd new place with little recollection of who they are. As they get familiar with each other and their new surroundings, they are told by a character named Lumine that they were chosen for a special 'experiment'. An experiment where one of them will become Maverick and kill their peers. X and his fellow lab rats have been forced into a killing game, and it's hard to tell who to trust...
