Abner, the God of light, controlled and created all the light on the Lower Realm. He would practice how to manipulate shadow magic as well. His friend, Noah, the God of darkness, was the one who taught him how to do the dark magic. In exchange, Abner taught Noah how to create light magic. Why? They both envied each other's jobs and helped each other learn the type of magic they always wanted. They bonded over magic, making their friendship strong.
