Getting attacked by a villain, and getting suicide baited earlier that day tend to cause a lot of stress for a person, Izuku Midoriya had suffered a lot and if it wasn't for his parents who were more then supportive of him, he would have given up a long time ago, due to a lot of stress and being in a life and death situation, he had awakened his quirk even if it was 13 years late.
