The thought of becoming a diety have crossed many's mind. Some expect it with fear, some expect it with great confidence. And even after becoming a god, some fall and some raise their head high, still sitting proudly in their thrones.

Xiao was one of these people who did end up being a god himself after fearing taking this position for so long. Aether, who is also called as Traveler by many, made a visit back to Liyue after his long way of adventuring. He meets and gets to know the secret of the soon to be Geo Archon and with that knowledge in mind, he tries to calm this soon to be god's mind and soul. Little did he know that this sort of comfortation would also trigger a side effect that was hidden for so long. Xiao's true feelings towards Aether. After they clear up everything between themselves they begin their journey about how to be a diety and the adventure of a special relationship between the two of them.
