Night city, a cesspool of filth, sex, drugs and murder, but is also the city where legends are born, and this story follows a certain legend by the name of neutral, aka harker, an orphan by birth, was raised to survive and is now hacking the biggest companies, but one job causes him to end up pissing off a certain group of edgerunners, who end up taking him in, join harker and the others as we tell you his story....about he was the first one ever to have a happy ending in night city.
