He fled to Los Santos.

While flip-flop dealers fought over scraps, he built an empire with surgical precision: robbery, trafficking, extortion, money laundering.

And the German had to be intelligent like Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela, cold like Felix Gallardo, ruthless like Capone.
The sharks of the criminal underworld of the city of Los Santos and the entire state of San Andreas understood: Hans was not just another lost gringo.
