Two great kingdoms share a tragic past rivalry, blood is shed, and death is in the air.

Amy Laven risks it all, to train as a man-at-arms, a skilled knight, and learn swordsmanship that some privileged knights have learned at a young age born with royal blood. 

She is disguised as her dead brother Alan Laven, and under a false identity she must take this secret to her grave. But it's not an easy task as Axel Branor shares sleeping quarters with her in the Gray Kingdom's castle for lower-ranking knights in training. And if one man gawking at her wasn't enough, Mat Woods, a nosy knight takes great satisfaction in making her his new plaything, and so begins Amy's lovely hell.

But that is the least of her worries...
The kingdom is in grave danger, and Amy heads on a quest to seek the White Knight, along with her new companions.
