Amala suffers from severe self isolation and emotional disconnection, often spending most of her time alone at work and avoiding any and all human interactions. When approached by a high value client for one of her most important and expensive jobs Amala can't help but to take it. Unfortunately so does another woman by the name of Kai, who she bumps into mid job and allows to distract her enough for their target to get away. Deciding to team up with Kai they both go after the same target together forcing Amala to overcome her own personal biases and stubborn attitude for her ultimate payout
