The monthly hunts and races were supposed to be a fun event, with the aim of getting a friend for life. It was never meant to turn into a mission.
The rules were supposed to be clear, and easy to follow. Hunters and Runners had slightly altered rules from each other, to keep the game interesting. Lives weren't meant to be at stake.
But something funny is going on in Tommy's life, and the facts that he knew for certain are crumbling away into questions. What is actually going on with hunts and races, and why is Dream so desperate to prove something?
After an attempt on his life, Tommy knows he can't just let Dream win. He understands that Dream's manipulative, cruel, and willing to do whatever to get what he wants. But if he were trying to use those powers against Tommy himself, that would have been one thing. It's completely different when he's trying to break Purpled instead.

Its the summer of 2021, COVID-19 vaccines and cures have been made and mass produced during the first few months of the new year, now everyone is going back to normal lives and the economy is going up in countries again.(so basically only .5% of the world has COVID-19 now) When all top 150 gamer youtubers(who don't have COVID-19) are invited on a gaming tour around the world, Drama, friendship, and more happens. This story will have the most popular YT gamers (including Members of the Dream SMP, Hermitcraft, and OfflineTV. It will also have some OG Youtuber favorites. 3 siblings(my Ocs) known to being the newest popular MCYTs being a complete wild card. Also, let's just pretend that some mcyt did a face reveal or their faces got leaked, so yeah. Also, I will say this ahead of time, some of the ways the mcyt get together are kinda rushed, but later on in the story there are more stuff about the ship and stuff. Btw, there are mentions of drinking, but they don't drink irresponsibly, and in this story, they don't drink that much and they make sure to try not to drink that much if they do. One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices. To stay with his supposed elder brother who is not dead or go back to the people who turned their backs on him. He picked the first choice. Now Tommy has to live with the fact that he and Tubbo may not be able to repair their friendship and that the country that he helped build is basically f*cked! But that is not the end of the story. Four teenagers from four different cliques and two different countries come together due to a music assignment and a music contest, and goes from a victory in a small contest to becoming a whole ass new internet sensation and somehow gets on a famous TV show while trying to stay anonymous. Or, four idiots gets pushed into the spotlight with no warning, while trying to be secretive. They fail <3 ---- Kicking instruments down when they got frustrated, but never rough enough to break them. The first meeting, sitting awkwardly in a silent music room as Purpled filled the silence with a simple chord progression, Ranboo adding a riff, Tommy with a beat and Tubbo with melody. They were back there, just jamming out without a care in the world, as if the 6500 pairs of eyes weren't staring at them, it was just the four, back in Tommy's small, stuffy bedroom, barely enough space to move. His clothes are torn and dirty, and he wonders what happened. He's not hungry, but he wants a small snack, yet every apple tree and every berry bush he passes doesn't strike his fancy. He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other.
