Katarina "Kat" Menendez lives the perfect life in her eyes. Well, two perfect lives.

When she's not living her normal teenage life in Reality, she's ruling a country in a world parallel to hers: Artopia. Her only job is to protect them from the animalistic creatures called "Enmities", which is the easiest part for her.

Additionally, her friends, The Realities Squad, are training alongside her to become The Iridescents of Reality, protectors of the two conjoined realms. With the people she loves at her side, Kat is convinced she can become the leader she was destined to be.

It's only when problems arise that Kat's world begins to open the cracks she didn't know were there. 

From Enmities evolving rapidly,
to kidnappings in both worlds,
to aggressive, possessed individuals, 
to god-like personas creating another alleged utopia...

Kat and her squad are eating more than they can chew. 

While The Realities Squad tries to stop the inevitable, Kat's definition of a perfect world is slowly deteriorating. A dormant prophecy is ready to be awakened. It's only a matter of time to see if her world truly deserves its place in the universe.

Or rather, if Kat's determination is enough to save everyone from their sins.

In one quick swift move, I cut his throat, just like I have learned and done many many times before. "Doubt it!" He frantically tries to hold the bleeding wound together, but he has already lost a lot of blood. It pains me that I can't torture him, just like he did me, but this will have to do.
