Oh god he's my favorite .
Jason Todd died at the hands of a super villain. So he's Batman the Pragmatist. He knows that crime can't ever really be completely eradicated, but that it can be controlled to an extent. The bad guys who can never truly be rehabilitated like the Joker, should be killed before they have a chance to do more damage. The drug trade should be contained and only exposed to consenting adults, never children. There ought to be justice. Guns can be used for the greater good.
