I was originally planning to abandon this story, so I unpublished it. But I reuploaded it again, because one of my friends liked this story and because I might come back to this one day. But likely not because I don't like how this was written at all-

Theseus is a vigilante who is rarely seen but commonly talked about among citizens. He is known to be a pain in the ass for many lower ranked villains trying to get the spotlight, along with any criminals trying to gain a sense of power over others. He is also a pain for the heroes trying to make him join their hero program and to the cops attempting to lock him up for not legally being able to stop crime. But he stopped being seen shortly after his fight with DayDream, a notorious villain.

Tommy Allium Kraken on the other hand is a 15 year old teen who ran away from his last foster family. He had been able to stay at his friend's place, since he had no other place to go to.

That is until Tommy is caught once again almost a year later by the Foster care system and instead of going to juvenile or back to his old foster home, he had been placed with another family. This would not be that much of a problem for his late night gig but the father, Philza Wither, and the weird twins have actually been keeping an eye on him. They must have a coordinated schedule or something because one of them is always home, even at night! He doesn't know when he'll be able to patrol again soon, but something is going on with the villains group and he wants to get to the bottom of it.

(I have not had experiences with the foster care system. Most of what is talked about is through what I've heard or what I had added in for the story. So the version of it you see in this fic is solely the in universe version, I am not attempting to be accurate to real life.
