this story takes heavy inspiration from the unfinished/abondoned marvel fanfic called 'the midnight hour' by @abyss123445, and because it's supposedly been abandoned (there hasn't been an update in 5 years) I am doing my own spin on this type of story
a powerful entity who calls herself jewel has a goal she is hale-bent on achieving and will do any and everything to achieve and she won't hesitate to destroy anything or anyone who gets in her way, man woman or child if you get in here way she will kill you. she has kidnapped the avengers and has them trapped in a Wakanda styled dome over a giant building in the middle of nowhere. her goal is to concur the universe and will stop at nothing at all. she has nothing to lose, no family or friends she cares about. all she has is a goal. all she needs is the avengers help and she is determined to make them do her bidding. will the avengers find any way to get out of this mess? will anyone come to their rescue? or have the avengers finally met their match?

She never thought she would ever meet anyone as egotistical as her brother, but boy was she wrong. She never wanted to be in the lime light like Tony, so she kept a quiet private life, even changed her surname, not wanting to draw attention to herself. She was only a few years old, when their parents died, and Tony didn't want her growing up in the spotlight, so he had her raised away from it all. Though she loved her brother dearly for giving her a safe, quiet life, she missed having that bond with him. That is until the day he announced himself as Iron-man and joined the group of misfits that called themselves heroes. She was infuriating, stubborn and a huge pain in his ass. After a public disagreement, that resulted in her suspension, when she hit him, he had found out that she was none other than Tony Starks sister. He attempts to make amends, by inviting her to the party in his honour, in hopes of showing the board that she was an asset to the hospital, when his life takes a turn for the worst, and an accident occurs. Both their worlds collide, seeking help from each other, but can they put their differences aside, or will it tear them apart? Elizabeth Marie Rogers is the sister of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America. She was taken by Hydra right after Steve went in the ice. She doesn't remember any of this. Now that she is free, her memory starts to return. She remembers Steve, being taken by Hydra, she even remembers the love of her life and his funeral. She realizes that the Winter Soldier is Bucky, the love of her life. She has to save him, I mean she does owe him her life. She turns to the last people she wants to, the Avengers. The Avengers don't know if they should help her, since they just finished Ultron and since she is a highly-trained, world-known, Grade A assassian. Steve begs them to help. They agree but don't trust her. They save Bucky and see who he was and who she was. They then ask them to join the Avengers. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to. In 1995 after a one night stand with a woman supposedly called Katherine Ravens, Tony Stark becomes a father to a daughter that he names Evelyn Maria Stark. As she gets older, it's obvious that she gets a lot from her father but along the way she finds out that her mother gave her something pretty big, powerful abilities. After being assaulted and tested on by the Ten Rings those abilities are brought forth, she leaves Afghanistan scarred in more ways than one. When she find out about her abilities she fears that she will be a danger to the ones she loves but soon begins to learn how to control them and finds herself thinking that maybe she can become a Hero, like the ones from stories. Along the way of becoming a Hero and finding herself, she is confronted with the facts that she was born with her abilities and that she isn't fully of Earth. On her journey she finds the mother that abandoned her and finds a family in her teammates, The Avengers, though her feelings run quite a bit deeper for a certain someone, that someone being the one and only Steven Rogers A.K.A: Captain America, A.K.A The First Avenger. Romanogers: Cold as Ice
First, this is a fanfic for Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Steve Rogers/Captain America. Second, this will kind of go through the MCU timeline but not a lot. It will jump around and have some new parts. Third, I don't know everything about the Avengers but I know enough (I think). Fourth, this might have spelling errors and I'm sorry if it does. Fifth, this is meant for a little older audience so just warning this will have foul language, blood, guns, and fighting. This won't have descriptive sex scenes because i don't like writing those.
