On the Island of Sodor, where many living engines work, Halloween is fast approaching, and this year is surprisingly gearing up to be bigger and better than before. However, suspicions arise as months before, a strange government facility is built in close proximity to Vicarstown and Crovans Gate, complete with their own strange engine, to whom one of the NWR's engines is familiar. However, while all seemed great on the night of Halloween, things would soon go horribly wrong, leaving James and the many survivors, along with a creature thats not as evil as it first appears, to fight for survival and unravel the strange mystery that'll save Sodor. When the wrong person finds their way onto the railway, a certain red engine and his surviving friends have to witness the horrors that follow... (No, this is not a sodor fallout ripoff of some sort.
