Well at least this universe is. A High School RusAme AU, yes it could be considered gross depending on how you see it. But it's normal for this AU, if it didn't include RusAme, it would crash.
Suddenly, this turquoise and electric green seemingly binary code portal appeared. It took Germany, America, and Russia. These started appearing all over, taking countries and organizations.
