Thirteen years ago, Jonathan Pine was living a half life. Working as the night manager of the Nefertiti Luxury Hotel in Cairo after having climbed his way up the ladder. Everything looks picturesque from the home they keep to the life they lead. Nothing is ever as it seems though and the cracks begin to show making way for fissures to begin to form as Jonathan learns of an opportunity to help an old friend.
