My name is Elsa Winters and I've finally found an apartment for myself. There's only one problem. My neighbor who lives right next to me. The guy is always playing his loud music at unnecessary times. He even brings girls to his house and can be pretty LOUD with them. Not only that ,but he's also loud with his friends. He can so annoying and irritating. And his name is Jack Frost.
