Catrina Wilson lived on the rough side of Newport Beach, LA. She was never one to follow the rules. She stayed out late and that's only if she came back at all. Her crew aren't exactly model citizens. But the again, neither was she.
Raised alone by her dad in a tiny apartment, Cat learned how to protect herself. What happens when this headstrong teenager is offered the chance to change for the better? What if she didn't have to support her own father in secret anymore? Even if it means sharing a house with strangers?

This is the story of a new kid on an old block, fighting to get her way even if it means burning a few bridges on the way there. Follow her as she makes new friends, new enemies and overcomes her fears. Can she manage it? Will she find someone along the way? Or will she end up alone?
