Lucy Carlyle is a sixteen year old girl with a very strong talent of listening. Ever since she was a young child her mother has been exploiting her talent and using it for her own gain, but at this one agency she met Norrie and the two became best friends. Norrie was everything to Lucy in fact they were planning to run away together to London and join the infamous ghost hunting agency "fittes" 'obviously it didn't work out but more on that later' that's one of the reasons she has ended up on the doorstep of "35 Portland Row" as she knocked on the door a cute nerdy boy opened the door.
