Hey there, lovely ducklings! Thanks for coming to my poem! :)) This isn't about anyone in particular, but as usual, boredom struck the best out of me and decided to write a poem about a broken friendship. I think it was kinda inspired by my Being Ritchie story, because I wrote it in the same notebook I planned out my story. Anyway, hope you guys like it! :))

I said throwing a fit, obviously panicking "'bestfriends'?... seriously?" he chuckled casually My ears were burning and my cheeks were on fire. This isnt him... but, at the same time it is him. "YES! all those times when we were younger, we ate, slept and played together. You've just been my friend for all my li-" I tried to explain him that our relationships have boundaries but he cut me off in the middle "cant we do that now?" he said with his lips parted, breathing heavily "like you said.... eat, sleep.. and play?" he smirked at my face inching closer towards me. That was it and I couldnt move any more. -------------------- Azalea Stevens is a 17 year old girl who goes to Somerfield High. Her life practically revolved around 5 boys, who ended up becoming her best friends. Everything was going smoothly for her, but one day day, her bestfriend stumbles back into his worst nightmares. "What're are you doing?" I asked terrified. He took a strand of my hair, and started playing with it while looking at me, "beautiful, Why do you have to be so beautiful?" He asked himself, he is drunk as fuck. I gulped, "I don't know, I guess I was born that way." I chuckled nervously. He chuckled, shaking his head. We stared at each other for what felt like forever, "I'm afraid." He confessed. I looked at him confusedly, "of what?" I asked softly. It was moments of silence, "I'm afraid of losing you. Again." Some friendships are meant to be broken, but Sapphire Jones doesn't agree with that shit. She tries her best to become friends again with her childhood ex friend, Elliot Brown. Being in love with your best friend isn't the ideal life situation but for Zora, it's her only life situation. It was dark, sunset, I waited for her to be done with volleyball practice 'because she was my ride'. Somehow we wandered from the gym to the football field and we were sitting at the very top of the bleachers staring at each other. Her dark hair mirrored the direction of the wind, the setting sun being replaced by the brightness of her smile. We were sitting so close I could feel her warmth. It was an unusual situation. Friends don't do this. We held eye contact for a long time before I couldn't take it anymore and just closed my eyes. It wasn't real, she was just my friend. Then, I felt her tuck a strand of my curly hair behind my ear. That with the chill of the night sent shivers down my spine and a swarm of butterflies attacked my stomach. I reopened my eyes. If she didn't want me, why did she look at me that way? I held her hand and I held it for so long because I didn't know if we'd have another moment like this. We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her. Warmth flooded to my face and if it wasn't for my dark complexion, my blush would be noticeable. I look into her dark-colored eyes and I come to the conclusion that I'm royally fucked and I'm probably also in love.Concluida
