After years of trying, Ai finished the antidote for APTX4869.
Conan was excited to take his life back as Shinichi, but Ai, haunted by her past, was afraid to go back being Shiho. Conan convinced her by promising to protect her no matter what.
As Shinichi and Shiho, they worked together with Japan police dept, CIA and FBI to bring down Black Organization.
Their effort succeeded and the Black Organization crushed. However, on their process to bring down the organization, they took and tortured Shiho until she lost her memories.
Now it was time for Shinichi to repay Shiho : by either help her remembering her past, or making a new life with him.
