Soulmates have always existed, but it wasn't until quirks came into being that they were finally confirmed to be a reality. A woman, whose name is lost to history, was born with the ability to see the rumored red strings of fate and, eventually, her ancestor made them visible to the world. While training to become the world's greatest heroes (or after becoming them), the students of UA are also on the lookout for the person they are destined to be with. Okay, so this is another soulmate AU. Surprise surprise. It's the soul string AU, where everyone has a magical string tied to their ring finger. The other end of the string is tied to the ring finger of their soulmate. Every time the two people are close, their soul strings will tense up and start dragging them towards each other. When they touch for the first time, the soul string will disappear until they kiss. If your soulmate is in really really bad emotional or physical pain, your soul string shows up black; just as a little bow around your finger. This story is loosely made for the AU, but it isn't a big part of the story. The mentions of the soul strings pop up sometimes, but that's not all they talk about. Also a disclaimer: I got a little carried away sometimes and some of the stuff isn't that like kiribaku but there's moments there from the actual anime so you can skip if you want but I'd appreciate if you'd read it 😊

Soulmate AU Soulmates were a tricky subject. When you were a few years old, about when you got your quirk, a few words would appear somewhere on their body. those would be the first words your soulmate would say to you specifically. As soon as you and your soulmate touched skin to skin, a mark would appear corresponding to your soulmate. Soulmates were specifically a sensitive topic to Dabi, a man who's entire existence was because the thought of soulmates was thrown out by his father. The words that lay on his collar bone always haunted him. "It's You." This story is based off of my oneshots book. If you want to find the specific chapter, part 1 and 2 are under the same name as this book. Also, I am not following the plot of MHA, just a warning. There might be smut, I'm not sure yet, and there will definitely be impure stuff, but all characters involved are in the correct age to be making jokes about and/or participating in this activities. Soulmates. The most talked about topic in the world. You can use a special pen to write on your arm. Whatever you write will appear on them. The ink is invisible to everyone, which makes it even harder to find your soulmate. The pen can change colours when the person writing is feeling a different emotion. Most colours have multiple meanings. The shade of the colour depends on how strong or light the emotion is, for example, if your soulmate is extremely angry, the writing will be dark red, when their slightly irritated, the writing would be a light/pastel red. You cannot write certain details to your soulmate, like your name, country, address, school, on your body. You CAN however, give them a nickname that only they can use. You may be wondering, how do you find your soulmate? Well, it's very luck based. You'll feel unnaturally drawn to the person. To finally find out if you're soulmates or not, you'll have to kiss. Once you kiss them, a beautiful bright light surrounds the both of you, binding your souls together for eternity. Kirishima is a bright and bubbly person who is rarely upset. When he IS upset, he doesn't write to his soulmate. Due to his... rough childhood, he never really wrote to his soulmate until the end of middle school. He constantly doodles on his skin but quickly wipes it away even though the ink is invisible and only he can see it. His soulmate, on the other hand, is a handful. Bakugou constantly writes to his soulmate about his problems. When he was a kid, he thought he didn't have a soulmate due to everyone else in his class talking to them as soon as they could write but his would never answer. Once his soulmate finally wrote to him for the first time, he was overly excited, though he wouldn't admit it out loud. He is usually angry so his writing is usually red but his soulmate doesn't mind. THIS IS A NO QUIRK AU AS WELL AS A SOULMATE AU!!! ARTWORK ISNT MINE!!!!!
