Half-organic, half-mechanical, and driven by vengeance...

Beneath biomechanical upgrades and a titanium cranium built for destruction, Joaquin Herrera is a young veteran on a mission. Once an idealistic soldier, now scarred by war and betrayal, Joaquin wields his enhanced body-and his red eye of justice-in pursuit of the Ghost: the dishonorably discharged Army Colonel who masterminded Operation Ironhead, a black ops project that blurred the line between humanity and machine. Joaquin's office is a chaotic web of whiteboards and intel, pointing to the Ghost's nefarious schemes. But when he stirs up the wrong enemies, the voices in his head start whispering, and reality itself begins to fracture.

The Ghost's plan is still alive. Joaquin won't stop until he shuts it down-for good.

Meanwhile, Agent Martina Lessa is a brilliant but sidelined FBI investigator, buried in the farthest corner of her field office. Her career has stalled thanks to her Special Agent in Charge, but that doesn't stop her from pursuing the truth. BlueMoon, a powerful asset management firm, seems to profit from every disaster, while Black-Sun, a private military company, leaves a trail of destruction across the Americas and beyond. As political bombings and assassinations escalate, Martina begins to suspect an unholy alliance between the two entities. But her investigation takes a chilling turn when she crosses paths with a biomechanical vigilante-Joaquin-and realizes her theories are more horrifying than she imagined.

Together, Joaquin and Martina must unravel a web of corruption, transhumanist horrors, and a conspiracy that threatens countless lives. As they grapple with ghosts-both figurative and literal-and confront their own demons, they'll have to decide whether they're driven by justice, vengeance, or something far darker.

In this action-packed horror thriller, the line between humanity and monstrosity blurs. The cost of failure? The soul of a nation.

[Book 2 in the CODES series] || Roger, a cybernetic human with a second chance at life, must face the truths of every lie he's told or risk the possibility of losing it all... ** A year after the "Digital War," Roger had his second chance at life. It was owed to him, a forgotten promise made eighty years in the past by the founding fathers of the Province's prospering nations. He and the other "Codes" left abandoned within the silent computers of every living city would be brought back to life... And have their crimes forgiven and wiped from existence. Yet, finding a home in newly created bodies isn't easy for the new cyborg citizens. The Province may have reached its desired Utopian climate, but society itself was far from reach. So many refused to forget the pain every "Code" inflicted on their lives... Roger hadn't forgotten -- he chose to forget. But as those secret plans made before his original death return to the surface, Roger learns -- just as the Province did -- burying the past doesn't help heal old wounds. ** The gun fit so perfectly in my hands. It's metal, still warm from it's last fired bullet, brought back so many memories I'd learned to suppress. I didn't want to be the man standing in front of them, I wanted to grow and change. But let society remind me of my place... "Roger, don't!" Clara's tearful face came in front of me as she tried to take the gun from my hands. "Please, you don't have to do this!" I couldn't look at her. I didn't want to see the pain in her eyes. "That's the thing, Doll..." I tilted my head back and inhaled sharply. "I've got no other choice." The sound of a bullet firing never sounded so nice... In the shadow of a corrupt government, driven by greed and ambition, a team of morally compromised scientists worked in secret. Their mission: create an unstoppable force to turn the nation of [Redacted] into a superpower. Funded by the government, these scientists designed an army of super-soldiers-cyborgs, cybernetically enhanced humans built from the minds of the nation's brightest "Volunteers." These cyborgs possessed extraordinary abilities: bulletproof bodies, matter conversion, flight, and an unbreakable Ilaynium skeleton. However, such power came at a cost. Stripped of their humanity, they were robbed of free will, turned into nothing more than government-controlled weapons. Everything went according to plan-until an unforeseen glitch. Against all odds, a single cyborg gained sentience. Breaking free, it absorbed vast amounts of data, learning of the atrocities committed by its creators and, most crucially, the concept of freedom. This realization sparked a rebellion. Sharing its newfound consciousness, the cyborg freed others like itself, awakening them to the injustice of their existence. Together, these awakened cyborgs turned to their liberator as their leader. They plotted their escape, and on August 11th [Redacted], they shattered their captors' hold, fleeing into the depths of the Nightwood Forest. Their journey for survival had begun, but more importantly, so had their quest for true freedom. And so, the real story begins.

Being a hero isn't easy, unless you're being blackmailed. Dante has the best cybernetic and genetic modifications money can buy. The problem is, he stole them from the owner of the largest bio-enhancement company in the human controlled galaxy, his father. When one of his father's research facilities start turning locals into violent mutants, Dante is coerced to clean up the mess. Assisted by a convict, an ex-cop, and a pyromaniac, Dante must fight his way through the research facility's automated defenses, survive the horde of monstrosities within, discover what caused the outbreak, and identify the traitor in his group before any one of those things kills him. How hard could it be?
