Jake Moon goes to I-Island after breaking up with his girlfriend to further his career and to be able to get out there more. He then meets a chipper young woman named Melissa Shield, who helps him explore and get used to the big island city. Over time, a strong friendship and even stronger feelings start to grow between them. But Jake doesn't want to fall in love again, as he only wishes to focus on himself and grow as a person. But when a new villain threatens his life, Jake feels responsible and vows to defeat him no matter what. Will Jake and Melissa get together in the end? Or will Jake just be stuck with himself forever?
