The Choirs of Megaputra

The rivalry between three secondary schools, SMK Mary of Teck, SMK Margaret Snowdon, and SMK Tengku Simpulan Intan in the Megaputra District Choir Competition, were in existence since the early 2000s - and probably many years before that.

While Mary of Teck was always the champion to represent Megaputra in Shahputra State Choir Competition, whereas Margaret Snowdon was a spare in the choir competition, Tengku Simpulan Intan was happy to raise the third place cup each year.

But, it would all change, when the monarch of the state of Shahputra, Sultan Muzzammil V, woke up at a dark misty morning, only to find the choir conductor of Mary of Teck's choir team, Clarissa Ching, was murdered, outside of his palace gates.

Speculation arose, on who had murdered Clarissa? The buzz went stronger, on who was going to replace Clarissa as Mary of Teck's choir conductor for the choir competition?

Meanwhile, at SMK Tengku Simpulan Intan, Danial Izzani agreed to be his school's choir team violinist, despite the fact that he had never played the musical instrument in public. His determination was only because the girl he always observed from afar in school, Raisa Natalia, volunteered to be the Tengku Simpulan Intan choir conductor.

Danial and Raisa were set on a mission to beat Mary of Teck, in the Megaputra District Choir Competition. At the same time, the mystery of Clarissa's murder was unfolded piece by piece, laying sharp thorns on the journey of Tengku Simpulan Intan towards victory.
