This is a short poem I wrote for my bestie/sis kat. She's the sweetest person I've ever met and I cherish our bond so much. She's came into my life and always been there for me through everything. She means so much to me and someone I would give the world to. She's amazing in all ways and she's the best. I'm so grateful for her and blessed to have someone like her in my life. I had to dedicate a poem to her. I hope you all enjoy it xoxo

Letting go of pain
Being thrown away in the garbage in a dark alleyway in London when she was only a baby, she should have died that day... But she didn't.. instead, a man saved her. "I tried to figure it out." Oh no. "I really tried. But I couldn't." Damien sounded hurt. I felt like being buried under the ground right there and then but I couldn't so I had to brace myself and face him. "Maybe I shouldn't have gone to your house without calling first yesterday."
