Those words, even if overused, were the first step for Nathanial, an orphan teenager who seeks to be humanity's next "Child of Light" with his ridiculous yet functional inventions that bypass the boundaries of reality and fiction... even if most of them end up being failures, that has never stopped him before, meeting each failure with a smile.

He'll find his opportunity in Total Drama Island, a place where he could showcase both his smarts and funds to exit his less-favorable situation and into the light of the super geniuses. And, maybe, find someone beside him.
