A boy named Jeff is excited for his Halloween science project. He has to make a time machine. This time machine can bring him anywhere, but there is only one way to get back. Jeff wants to go to the same exact day his grandpa died, 10/31/1983. He wants to go there to figure out who were the killer(s) that killed his grandpa, he also has to depend on finding them, because he can't come back without figuring out who the killer were.
