Keep up with me and my current projects by diving into this unedited story written by myself (acting as the "Dungeon Master" role, writing for most characters and developing story flow) and my friend @Elisabeth_Scamander aka Melody (writing for Moira, Ikatere, Melody, Edgar, Edmund, and Kahu)

Set in a live action version of the HTTYD fandom, this is a gritty tale of war, vengeance, dragons, assassins, love, tragedy, humor, a touch of magic, and above all, adventure!

I will continuously update this story based on how often my friend and I work on it but I thought some of you would find if fun to tag along and read this adventure of ours that we are having so much fun writing together!

This is unedited so I'm sorry if there are grammar mistakes, typos, and mispellings. As well as some messages in parenthesis spotted throughout as we were talking to each other outside of the story. You will also see time stamps. There also might be spots where it says "missed call" and whatnot where we accidentally called the chat lol. We quite literally wrote this in Instagram DMs.

HTTYD AU, takes place after httyd 2 Our story follows one peculiar dragon named Dancer. She is all night fury, but she certainly doesn't look the part. Dancer is an albino. When Dancer was young, her older brother, Apollo, left their island home. She never knew why, only that, one day, he stopped interacting with her. The pupils of his eyes turned to slits, and he flew off, into the sunset - leaving her behind. She was heartbroken. Whatever his reasoning, because of her older brother's choice, Dancer came to a conclusion. She decided that she would never be left behind again, EVER again. Days turned to nights, which turned to weeks, then months, and, finally, years. With plenty of practice, Dancer became the fastest dragon ever to be known- much faster than your average night fury. ~~}•{~~ One day, Toothless and Hiccup went for a flight. Coming back down from a flight, Toothless's tail got jammed, and they went down. Hiccup was fine, but Toothless got a nasty knock to the head and went out like a light. When he awoke, something was off. He could never remember what had happened before the Red Death, always assuming that he had been her slave since hatching, but that wasn't the case. He had a life before that, and he finally remembered it! He had a name. He had a family. A sister! What was her name?! ....Dancer. ~~}•{~~ After a big crash, Toothless was acting weird. Hiccup was worried, his best friend was always staring off into the sky, but never wanted to leave. Toothless wasn't eating. He was barely sleeping, too. My names Y/n L/n. I'm a dragon rider and my story is kinda complicated. You see when Hiccup shot down a Night Fury he actually hit two and his trap damaged D/n's right tail fin. While Toothless left one got damaged. D/n and Toothless are best friends. Just as Hiccup and I are. Hiccup and I made a new tail fin for each of our dragons and helped them to fly again with our help. But we lived in Berk, a place that hunts and kills dragons. Luckily Hiccup and Y/n were able to take the Queen of dragons the red death out even if Hiccup lost his leg and Y/n had a nasty burn from her right shoulder down to her arm. A few years later is the start of Race to the Edge. It was also the time of when we fought the Dragon Hunters. Leading them was a man named Viggo Grimborn. He was very smart and he was always one step ahead. But after long years of fighting, we were able to make it out victorious when he fell into the volcano, or so we thought. A few months later we learned the Viggo had survived and half of his face had a nasty scar on it do to being burned by the volcano and he had the Dragon Eye. Then during the end of this long fight or so a war. Viggo had decided to help us in the end and was even able to bond with a Skrill and sacrificed himself with in an explosion. But what if he never died what if the blast was so strong it shot him into another dimension as well as Y/n, D/n, and the Skrill. Half of his remaining hunters and the Dragon Eye that was thought to be destroyed. Will she ever make it back to her realm or will Destiny have other plans.
