What is NEET Exam?
NEET full form - National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The annual national enrollment test (NEET) for medical school admissions government and private medical colleges in India. Earlier various entrance examinations were in use to offer MBBS and BDS admissions. From 2020, only NEET exam has become the only source for medicine admissions. Admissions to the MBBS programs at AIIMS and JIPMER will also be based on NEET results.

NEET exam replaced many exams due to the One Nation One Examination policy implemented by the Government of India. NEET is a pen-paper-based examination. This is the only UG entrance examination conducted at the national level.
