A crossover fanfiction between the old Army Men series, and the Warhammer 40,000 universe with a twist: It takes places in 'our' human world!
(Note: The following is a crossover between the old 'Army Men' series created by 3DO and the Warhammer 40,000 universe created by Games Workshop. It takes place in an real world AU after the events of the Sarge's Heroes 2 game and timeline, as well as has events after Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine mentioned.
I neither claim to own any of the characters or IP's as this is a fan made crossover fanfiction. It's for fun and pure nostalgia, enjoy!)

A Planetary Defense Force squad led by a former Imperial Guard trooper are sent on a mission to a seemingly innocuous facility in the vast forests of their home world. Before long, the true nature of the situation at Facility IX becomes clear, and the squad are in a fight for their lives against a terrifying and insidious enemy. A Strike Force of Blood Angels and Lamenters are thrust into a completely new reality, along with a fleet of Imperial Refugees. But how? And Why? If fate is to be believed, the Emperor has sent the Great Angel's Sons here with a task. They are to protect an infant Mankind from an encroaching Darkness.
