First, they make me move. Then, they take my sport away. Now i'm in some new town, playing this sport I know nothing about. Sure, there's a cute guy giving me attention. But let's face it, it's because I'm new. In this town, they give mean girls lacrosse sticks, and even the nerds judge you. What else can I do but fight back? Oh and I'm forgetting the biggest hurtle of all. Wielding my lacrosse stick without my father noticing. The school year may be half over, but I'm in for a long junior year.

During the games played against Lincoln Central and Pittsburgh Hills is when the real rivalry is revealed. Both teams come out for blood, determined to walk off the field victorious. Bench clearing brawls break out in nearly every game, fans are removed from the stands due to fighting, car windows are smashed and tired are slashed. Needless to say, there are no boundaries when it comes to the lacrosse rivalry. Sometimes the game comes down not to which team has more skill, but to which team will go the farthest to win. This year's state championship game will be no different, and this year, a line will be crossed that turns a not-so-friendly rivalry into a full out war. //I would like to personally apologize for this book.
